Please fill out this Catering Booking Form that will be sent to Koolios. Once we receive your form, a Koolios representative will contact you with your event quote, deposit details, and confirmation of date, time, and special requests. To officially secure your booking, you must sign the agreement terms/quote sheet and send your 25% deposit as outlined in the confirmation email.
