AVAILABLE ADD-ONS
To book Koolios catering, please complete our Catering Booking Form. A 25% deposit (e-transfer only) is required to secure your date; remaining payment is due 7 days before the event and can be made by e-transfer, cheque, over the phone, or in person at our brick-and-mortar location. Travel fees may apply for events 30+ km from our base at +$1.50/km. After we receive your form, our Brand Activation Coordinator will follow up with your quote, deposit details, and confirmation of date, time, and special requests. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior; deposits are non-refundable. For weather-related cancellations, your deposit can be credited to rebook within 65 days.
